He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Palmer. He is survived by: his father Douglas Palmer; his wife Pam; his son Jeremy Palmer; his stepsons, Sam Rohde (Chasity) and Justin Rohde (Jessica); his grandchildren, Bryton Rohde (Taylor), Caylon Rohde, Penelope Palmer and Chase Odom; and his siblings, Mark and Amy.
