He was predeceased by: his father Hon. He is survived by: his wife Kristin Olin-Sullivan; his children, Molly Sullivan and Sean Sullivan; his siblings, Mary Beth Calandro (Dave), Jane, Colombo and Joseph (Cathleen); and his mother Elizabeth M. Lynch Sullivan.
