With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Ismail of Harper Woods, Michigan, who passed away on April 16, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Azmi Browsh and Naxhije Browsh. She is survived by: her siblings, Gani, Perri, Xhenet of Philadelphia and Mini Domni of Massapequa, N. Y.; her brother-in-law Selami Barolli of Long Island, N. Y.; her children, Ahmed Ismail (Mary Ann) and Fatima of Harper Woods; her grandsons, Jonathan Ismail of Stephens Point, Scott Ismail of Seattle and Dr. Alex Ismail of Southfield; and her daughter-in-law Dr. Judith Malek-Ismail of Melbourne, Florida..
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Books for Albania's Children Fund, in care of 20426 Country Club Drive, Harper Woods, MI 48225.
