She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kellogg and Norma Kellogg; her father-in-law Marion Tippett; her brothers, John Kellogg and Richard Kellogg; her sister-in-law Sue Kellogg; and her granddaughters, Emalee and Madisyn Tippett.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Tippett; her pet Charlie; her children, Douglas Tippett (Shelly) and Michelle Schwartz (Russell); her grandchildren, Kayla Brown (Andy), Gabriel Schwartz, Jacqueline Schwartz and Alex Schwartz; her great grandchildren, Killian Lowther and Sloane Schwartz; her mother-in-law Merlyn Tippett; her siblings, Clydell Willis (Kevin) and William Kellogg (Crystal); and her siblings-in-law, Janet Moats, Robert Tippett and Dennis Tippett (Kathy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
