He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Shepherd and Irene Shepherd (Thompson). He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Daning; his son Rick Shepherd (Sarah) of Harbor Springs; his close friend Missy; his daughter Kay Wagar (Charlie) of Harbor Springs; his grandchildren, Ben Silveus (Jessica), Tori Landoski (Brandon), Charlie Silveus, Zoe, Marlee and Everett Shepherd; and his sister Annetta Pearsall.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Harbor Springs Ram Boosters at P.O. Box 311 Harbor Springs, Michigan 49740.
