It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peter Sears of Harbor Springs, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on November 12, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold and Eleanor (Bissell); his wife Anne Sears (Rocker); his sons, Robert Sears (Julie) and James Sears (Deb); his stepdaughters, Deanna Laboy (Frank) and Jayne Bugera (Matt); his grandchildren, Rachel, Sophie, Sam, Hayden and Parker Sears; and his sister Tamsen Roach. He was also cherished by his four step-grandchildren; and his four step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Peter had requested that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
