She was predeceased by: her parents, James Willoughby and Mary Ellen Willoughby (Dines); her husband William "Bill" Pountney; and her sister Marcia "Jan" Kraft. She is survived by: her children, Jill Northern (Pountney) of Hilton Head, Charlie Pountney of Minneapolis, Peter Pountney of Harbor Springs and Timothy Pountney of Harbor Springs, Michigan; and her grandchildren, Meaghan Tincher, Madison Keane, Charles C. Pountney and Hillary Pountney. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
