He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Agnes Hammond; and his grandson Austin Frank Weir. He is survived by: his children, Julie Hammond Weir, James Casey, David Charles (Maria) and Marie Lucinda Law (Gregory); his grandchildren, David Victor Hammond, Adam James Weir (Mercedes), Madeline Grace Law and Hammond James Law; his great grandchild Mary Katherine Hammond; his child Maddie; his siblings, David Lawrence, Catherine Louise Andary (Lee) and Mary Lucinda; and his son Gregory.
He never missed attending Sunday mass and receiving the eucharist in church (until COVID-19).
Every day of his long life he quietly embodied faith, hope, and charity.
