He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce (Moyer) of Harbor Springs and Herman A. Cease, Sr. of Harbor Springs. He is survived by: his significant other Jeanne A. Cease (Young); his children, Teresa of Illinois, Tina (Stephen Shook) of Illinois and Herman P. (Muriel Feeney) of Illinois; and also Sylvia (Ed Fischer).
The family extends heartfelt thanks to his many kind caregivers and suggests, in lieu of flowers, memorials to Parkinson's or cancer research or the EMS, to whom we are grateful.
