Gary Brainerd Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Brainerd of Harbor Springs, Michigan, who passed away on September 18, 2020 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gary Brainerd to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Ackley Brainerd and Eleanor Emma Brainerd; and his parents-in-law, Jack and Fran Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Donna Brainerd; his siblings, Sandy Pifer (Tom), Betty Shepperley (Arlie) and Chuck Brainerd; his sons, Chad (Nancy) and Gunnar Brainerd (Ashley); and his grandchildren, Chaz, Keeler and Allison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The event will be outside to abide by social distancing recommendations.
Instead of flowers we recommend donating in Gary's name to the Harbor Springs Snowmobile Club, the American Legion post 281, or to the charity of your choice.
