He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Mierendorf and Frances Mierendorf (Bischoff); and his sister Shirley Kent. He is survived by: his spouse Anne Mierendorf (Stackpole); his children, Don (Pat), Bonnie, Jim (Deb), John and Susanne (Albert); and his sister Mildred Portzel. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Childhood of Jesus Catholic Church or Hospice of Northwest Michigan.
