He was predeceased by: his parents, David Christopher Neal and Phyllis Jeanne Neal. He is survived by: his wife Kristen Quarton Neal; his sons, Collin Edward Neal and Peyton Quinn Neal; and his siblings, Pamela Jeanne Suter and David Andrew Neal. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
