He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Lynn; his children, Cyndi Chouinard (Jim), Brian (Christina) and Kristin Church (Matt); his grandchildren, Lydia (Juan Alfaro), Nicholas, Megan (Darren Bourque), Joe Chouinard (Angelica Dunsavage), Andrew, Alex, Emily Mack, Zachary (Meredith), John Lomaka and Ethan Church; his great grandchild Watson Lomaka; his sisters, Nancy Yezak (Lawrence) and Penny Mathis (Carl); his sister-in-law Charlene Rillings (James); and his parents, Joyce Mack and James Mack.
