He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Woerfel and Mary Margaret Woerfel (Hutchenson). He is survived by: his children, Tim Woerfel of Clawson and Carrie Passanante; his grandchildren, Emilie, Alisa, Charles III and Gabriel Thompson; and his siblings, Mark Woerfel of St. Clair Shores and Mary Ann Jones of Grosse Pointe.
