Michael G. Roggenbuck Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael G. Roggenbuck of Harbor Beach, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 13, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Roggenbuck and Magdalene Roggenbuck (Holdwick); his parents-in-law, Harold and Betty O'Neill (Thuis); his siblings, William Roggenbuck, Barthol Roggenbuck (Geraldine), Mary June Roggenbuck, Margaret Ann Roggenbuck, Gerald Roggenbuck (Judy) and Ronald Roggenbuck; and his in-laws, Linda C. Roggenbuck, Linda M. Roggenbuck and Donald Merkler.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Pauline Essenmacher (Neal), David Roggenbuck (Gail), Douglas Roggenbuck (Debbie), Diane Maurer (Duane) and James Roggenbuck (Stacey); his grandchildren, Maria Essenmacher (Daryl), Jonathan Essenmacher (Janae), Brian Essenmacher (Caitie), Derek Essenmacher (Dana), Travis Essenmacher (Whitnee), Jillian Quintano (Matthew), Ashton Roggenbuck (Emily), Jessica Sekerak (Michael), Shaun Roggenbuck (Rebecca), Krista Balcer (Clint), Jolene Lochrie (Korrey), Julie Patterson (Harold), Lauren Lackowski (Michael), Kara Ratajczak Jr. (Chris), Justine Paugh (Jared), Madison Roggenbuck (Clark Brady), Kade Roggenbuck (Maggie Koroleski) and Colin Roggenbuck (Nichole Gornowich); his siblings, Robert, John, Joseph Roggenbuck, Evelyn Stein (Roy) and Jean Merkler; his sisters-in-law, Rosemary Roggenbuck and Eleanor Roggenbuck; and his in-laws, Susan Scherger (Dale), Teresa Vermeersch (Michael), Lynn O'Neill (Jack), Ted O'Neill (Mary) and Joseph O'Neill (Barb). He is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ramsey Funeral Home (425 State St, Harbor Beach, MI 48441). A prayer was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 7:00 PM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church (8233 Helena Rd, Harbor Beach, MI 48441). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
