He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kramer and Stella Kramer (Holdwick); his brothers, David Kramer and Harvey Kramer; and his siblings-in-law, Stella Kramer and John Youngs.
He is survived by: his siblings, James Kramer of Harbor Beach, Sylvia Sporman (Robert) of Bay City, Pauline Boks (Raymond) of Bay City and Carla Hoot (Kenneth) of Midland; his son Ryan Kramer (Melissa); and his sisters-in-law, Janet Kramer of Harbor Beach and Mary Lee Kramer of Ortonville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and all his friends.
