He is survived by: his father Gerald Booms of Ubly; his children, Jason Booms (Jamie) of Onaway, Derek Booms (Becky) of Harbor Beach and Jenny DeBoer (Scott) of Bad Axe; his grandchildren, Caleb, Jack, Warren, Lily, Vincent, Lucas and Jeremiah; and his siblings, Deb Essenmacher (Ernie) of Minden City, Karen Guza (Ron) of Harbor Beach, Barb Bensinger of Ubly, Don Booms (Lisa) of Ames, Joe Booms (Nancy) of Ubly and Randy Booms (Lisa) of Brown City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
