He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Holdwick and Stella Holdwick (Mausolf). He is survived by: his wife Marie Cecelia Learman; his children, Laura Killinger (Lyle) of Harbor Beach, Suzanne Holdwick of Lake City, Julie Talaski (Fred) of Harbor Beach, Todd Holdwick (Chrissy) of Harbor Beach, Bridget Osborn (Todd) of Williamston and Chad Holdwick of Harbor Beach; his grandchildren, Krystal, Bradley, Alayna Killinger (Lucas), Alyssa Huttenga (Jared), Mackenzie Smith, Tristen Kilbourn, Alex Talaski (Lindsey), Ashley Booms (Nicholas), Andrew Talaski (Gina), Aaron Talaski, Jacklyn, Jessica, Jacob Holdwick, Morgana, Rachel and Zane Osborn; his stepgrandchildren, Tayler Green (Richard) and Skylar Osborn; his great grandchildren, Myles, Parker Huttenga, Bryce, Brady Booms and Everly Talaski; his siblings, Arlene Emming, Linda Kirsch, Marjorie Androl (Dave), Barbara Ingles (Bob), Patricia Roth (Carl), Bill Holdwick (Audrey), Paul Holdwick (MaryAnn), Erwin "Ike" Holdwick (Dorothy), Dennis "Goldy" Holdwick and Gene Holdwick (Audrey); his parents-in-law, Theresa Holdwick, Ilene Learman, Fred Learman (Sally), Ed Learman (Marianne), Arthur and Evelyn Learman (Terbrack); and his brothers, Richard Holdwick, Harold Holdwick and Brian Holdwick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
