He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip White and Helen White; his siblings, Lyman White and Priscilla Braun; and his friend Marilyn Wagner.

He is survived by: his children, Dave, Patrice, Tom, Lynn, Mary and Ken. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Harbor Country Emergency Food Pantry and Thrift Store, where Dave was a dedicated volunteer.
