He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Briggs and Phyllis Briggs. He is survived by: his sister Lois (Ingraham); his nieces, Courtney Toteff, Christine Jarchow (Brent) and Chelsea Huff (Blair); and his nephew Matt Davis (Jesse). He is also survived by five great nephews; and five great nieces.
