He was predeceased by: his parents, Sess Moore and Amanda Moore (Miller); his wife Wava Jean Moore; his children, Barbara Nance, Steven Moore, Mary Ann Moore and Sandra Moore; his grandchild Rakeshia Fowlks; and his siblings, Ersel Allen, Hazel England, Effie Allen and Rotta Beemer.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Brewington (Jerry), Donna Smith, James Moore and Edward Moore. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hampton Funeral Homes - Hanover (221 Main St, Hanover, MI 49241). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
