He was predeceased by: his parents, Sess Moore and Amanda Moore (Miller); his wife Wava Jean Moore; his children, Barbara Nance, Steven Moore, Mary Ann Moore and Sandra Moore; his grandchild Rakeshia Fowlks; and his siblings, Ersel Allen, Hazel England, Effie Allen and Rotta Beemer.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Brewington (Jerry), Donna Smith, James Moore and Edward Moore. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
