He is survived by: his wife Lee (Lela Collard-Stevens); and his children, Colleen Olney (Andy), Deb Roedema (Dave), Dan Collard II, Pat Vogt (Bill) and John Collard. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-laws, and many great friends.
