He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Howe and Jean Howe; his wife Priscilla Conger; and his grandson Derek Hoy. He is survived by: his children, Greg, Edward Conger, Tammy Conger and Christina Trapp (Rich); his cousin Dave; and his siblings, Dennis Howe (Linda), Danny Howe (Yvonne), Jim Howe (Susie) and Sharon Rombyer (Bob). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial donations to be made to the Hillside United Methodist Church Foodbank (6100 Folks Rd., Horton, MI 49246), Or to the St. Jude Children's Hospital Research (501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942).
