He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Ciabattari and Nina Ciabattari (Isacson); his wife Shirley Uutala; and his son James. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Hyde of Marquette; his granddaughter Allison Hyde of Marquette; his brother Ron Uutala (Denise) of Green Bay, WI; and his close friend Yvonne "Bonnie" Lencioni of Manistique, MI. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family suggests that memorial contributions be given to the DJ Jacobetti Home for Veterans in Marquette or the Lake Superior Home Health and Hospice.
