It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Zimmerman (Hancock, Michigan), who passed away on March 12, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Zimmerman and Edith Zimmerman (Hart); his brothers, John and Peter; his sister-in-law Kathleen; and his aunt Emma Hart.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Zimmerman; his daughters, Barbara Zimmerman and Margaret Lahti (James) of Altoona, WI.; and his granddaughters, Megan Martin, Hannah Lahti and Nora Lahti.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family suggests that memorials be given to the St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church Faith Formation Center building project.
