He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Norkol and Amelia Norkol; and his brothers, Ronald and Alden "Hank" Norkol. He is survived by: his fiancé Vi Wakeham; his brother Bob; his wife Vi Norkol; his sons, David Norkol (Ellen) of Lake Elmo, Minn, Dan Norkol of Minneapolis and Derek Norkol (Kathie) of Superior, Wis.; his grandchildren, Timothy Norkol, Emily Langer (Zach), Mary Norkol, Chelsea Norkol (Murphy Shannon), Andrew Norkol and Katrina Norkol; his great grandchild Anne Langer; his parents-in-law, Dorothy Norkol, Mary Norkol, Dorothy Mattson (Pete Perala), Bill, Gloria Wakeham, Floyd, Barb, Jim and Myrna Gondek; his nephews, John Norkol (Jennifer) and Jerry Norkol (Kathy); and his niece Lisa Gracik (Steve).
