She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur J. Opie and Stella Opie (Morin); her husband John "Jack" Dupuis of Lake Linden; and her siblings, Barbara Opie and Paul Opie.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Tony Dupuis (Joanie) and Jane Berryman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorials in lieu of flowers may be directed to the Church of the Resurrection in the name of Joan Dupuis.
