She was predeceased by: her parents, Teresa Polozzolo (Stagliano) and Gaetano Polozzolo; her husband Donald Raymond Lukkari; her daughter-in-law Dr. Susan Wood; and her siblings, Anthony, Sabastian, James and Genevieve Picciano.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Gary Lukkari of Spring Lake, Daniel Lukkari (Lisa) of Reno, Duane Lukkari (Kim) of Ottawa, Linda Dimmick (Robert) of Meredith and Teresa Trewhella of Houghton; her sister Mary Neuman; and her sister-in-law Carol Lawrence of Green Bay, WI. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
