He was predeceased by: his parents, Elma Kargela and William Kargela. He is survived by: his wife Karen Kargela; his children, Shelli Kargela, Kurt Kargela (Lydia Kargela) and Dennis Kargela; his siblings, Helen Whiton and Jack Kargela; and his grandchildren, Ariel, Karlie, Emma, Ryder, Meghan Somero (Reuben), Micah (Sarah), Amasai (Amber), Kenton, Klark, Kalvin and Liahna. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Canal View, where George was a resident for 4 years.
