It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elna Niemela (Hancock, Michigan), who passed away on December 26, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Romberg and Esther Romberg; her husband Wally Niemela; her granddaughter Michelle Lampinen; and her siblings, Martha Marie, Elsie Elizabeth, Albert, Leo, David, Paul and Wendel.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Lampinen (Doug), Cal Niemela (Donna), Nels Niemela (Merry), Curt Niemela (Mildred), Jered Niemela and Marcus Niemela. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, as well as 22 great-grandchildren.
