He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Rule and Violet Rule (Dymond); his siblings, Robert, Fred and Janet Raffaelli; and his stepchildren, Mike, Roxanne and Mary Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Rule of Houghton; his son Mark Rule (Charlee) of Beaumont, TX.; and his grandchildren, Brett, Allyn and Jax. He is also survived by 5 stepchildren, Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
