It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Jouppe of Hancock, Michigan, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on November 4, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Jouppe and Ella Jouppe (Scheffler); his sister Janet Ruonavaara; his brother-in-law George Homola; and his parents-in-law, Irene and Robert W. Ruonavaara.

He is survived by: his wife Anita Ruonavaara; his children, Erika Koistinen (Darwin), Tyler Jouppe (Gordon) of Chassell Nina, Mandy Jolma (Robert), Luke Jouppe (Sheila), Jack Jouppe (Mindy) and Cole Jouppe (JoAnn) of Hancock Max; and his sister Loretta Ruonavaara (Robert A.) of Hancock Ronald. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
