She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Haanpaa and Matti Haanpaa; and her husband Robert Hitch (Bob). She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Gunner (Scott), Peggy Hitch, Susan Baldwin (Patrick) and Lisa Hitch. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
