He was predeceased by: his father Bernard W. "Bill" Givens. He is survived by: his mother Linda Givens (Komula) of Hancock; his wife Laura Hiltunen; his siblings, Pam Givens of Hancock, Greg Givens (Wanda) of Hancock, Tim Givens (Sheryl) of Hancock and Chris Givens of Traverse City; and his children, Bryce Givens of Marquette, Cam Murray of Hancock, Taylor Hyrkas (Joe) of Brighton and Chelsea Murray of Norfolk, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
