He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hook and Marilyn Hook; and his godparents, Robert Loiacano and Christina Loiacano. He is survived by: his partner Ryan Ennis; his siblings, Jeaneane Landers (Jim), Monica Stone and Edward Hook; his stepbrother Mike Hook (Ann); his aunts, Kathleen Van, Annamarie Pero (Joe) and Patty Loiacano; his uncle Frank Loiacano (Marcia); his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Messina (Matt), Emily Landers, Katelynn Tew (Cameron), Michael Nixon (Kate), Aaron Landers, Madeline Nixon and Steven Stone; and his friend Jeff Higgins. He is also survived by other loving cousins, family members and friends.
