He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Michelle, Daniel Kuitems, Anna, Joe Chupailo, Mark DeFouw, Gerald, Lauren DeFouw (Lizzy) and Catherine DeFouw (Tj Groover); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Sybil, Luke, Levi, Willa, Caleb and Bently; his siblings, Everett (Dawn), Debra (Gary Knap), Penny DeFouw and Jody (Cathleen DeFouw); and his siblings-in-law, Richard Sagman, Faith, Mike Frost, Carol, Earl Albin, Ernie, Bonnie Sagman, Barbara Sagman, Louise, Karl Seck, Kathy, Jeff Skahan, Lynn and Dallas Rabideau.
