She is survived by: her husband Stanley Overbeek (Stan); her children, Nancy Smith (Dan), Glenn Overbeek (Vicki), Rita Hoezee (Kelly) and Rhonda Lameyer (Steve); and her grandchildren, Mitch Nuismer (Tegan), Scott (Betsy), Nuismer, Ashley Duer (Jim), Erica Overbeek, Kurtis (Laura), Hoezee, Katelyn Bliek (Tyler), Allison Lameyer, Paige Lameyer and Chase Lameyer.
Memorial contributions in Theresa's honor may be given to Gentiva Hospice of Holland.
