He is survived by: his spouse Deb Hulst; his daughter Elizabeth; his siblings, Paul (Molly Breuker), Ruth Plasman, Mike Breuker, Beth (Gerry Hungerink) and David (Mina Breuker); and his parents-in-law, Kathy, David La Garza, Nancy, George Gaskins, Lynda and David Kehrwecker.
