She was predeceased by: her parents, Refus Schovey and Grace Schovey (Venema); and her daughter-in-law Sally Hop. She is survived by: her children, Bruce (Carol Hop), Joy (Jim Michmerhuizen), Wayne (Terri Hop) and Mark Hop; and her grandchildren, Kim, Tim, Troy, Travis, Nikki and Dylan. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, and many extended family.
