It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of LaVern R. Van Dyke of Hamilton, Michigan, who passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Esther; his children, Lu Ann Ritsema (James), Gary Van Dyke and Gordon Van Dyke (Cindy); his grandchildren, Stephanie Ritsema, Derek Van Dyke (Nikki), Becky Taylor (Dustin), Greg Van Dyke (Tanya), Benjamin Ritsema (Sydney), Emilie Rillema (Todd) and Jennifer Hoffman (Evan); his great grandchildren, Lincoln Taylor, MacKenzie Taylor, Andrew Hoffman, Natalie Van Dyke, Meryl Van Dyke, Zoey Van Dyke and Gage Rillema; his brother Marvin Van Dyke; and his sister-in-law Isla Brower. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
