He is survived by: his wife Tiffany; his son Bennett; his stepsons, Robert, Jaxxen and Owen; his parents, Richard Sluis and Candice (Darrell Mansfield); his grandmother Carol Sluis; his siblings, Christopher (Lindsey Stauffer), Haley Pacholka, Gavin Smith and Michaela (JJ Saucedo); his parents-in-law, Brian Bouman (Sarah Leybourne) and Sharron (Michael VanDenBerg); and his brother-in-law John (Kelly Kiss). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be given either to the Foundry Church of Zeeland or to the family via https://gofund.me Isaiah 40:31 NIV, but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.
