She was predeceased by: her husband Howard; her parents, Henry Lampen and Sena Lampen; and her siblings, Eileen Hoekje, Hessel, Laverne and Merle Lampen.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry, Fern Lugten, Ellen, Lloyd Kaper, Kathy and Dick Schipper; her great grandchildren, Becca Lugten, Jill Lugten (Emily), Wendy, Cort Langeland, Stephanie, Seth Kaper-Dale, Abby, Kyle Bigford, Elizabeth and John Casemier; her siblings, Dale Lampen, Donald, Donna Lampen, Dorothy VanDen Beldt, Robert Lampen and Judy Atman; and her brother-in-law Harverd.
Memorial contributions may be given to Love in the Name of Christ Northwest Allegan County or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
