He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred "Butch" Lombardini and Rose Lombardini (Simonetti); and his brother Eugene Lombardini. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Geldmeyer; his children, Cristal Lombardini of Chicago and Dean Lombardini of Porter, IN; his grandchildren, Lia, Lorann and Luke Lombardini; his nieces, Gina Lombardini and Lisa Schultz (Paul); and his nephew Tony Lombardini (Angela).

Memorial contributions may be made in Donald's name to St. Jude's Hospital.
