She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Grit and Grace Grit; her parents-in-law, George and Jennie Engelsman; and her siblings-in-law, Erwin Mast, Henry Van Dyken, Warren Engelsman, Donald Loew, Allyn Engelsman and Carol Ann Engelsman.
She is survived by: her husband Jerald; her children, Bruce Engelsman, Sara and Dave Hall; her grandson Jake Engelsman; her brother Roland (Cindy Grit); and her siblings-in-law, Alnora Mast, Hildreth Van Dyken, Sharon Engelsman, Janice Loew, Glenn Engelsman, Jim Timmer and Cindy Engelsman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Susan G. Komen.
