He was predeceased by: his wife Verna; his parents, Ernest Coffey and Dorothy Coffey; and his in-laws, Aleta Storey, Dena Coffey, Martha Novotny (Bob), Louis Coffey, Alice Ridlington (Roger), Lloyd Lemmen (Genevieve) and Ron Lemmen.
He is survived by: his children, Dwane Coffey of California and Denise Gray (Aaron) of Coopersville; his grandchildren, Tristan Coffey, Bruce Coffey, Joe Coffey, Josh Gray and Dorothy Gray; his siblings, Angela Belden (Don) of Allegan and Ernest Coffey (Sharon) of Allegan; and his in-laws, Betty Lemmen (Ken) and Isla Vander Hulst.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home (315 E 16th St, Holland, MI 49423). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Haven Reformed Church (4691 Oak St, Hamilton, MI 49419).
