He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Topps and Lola M. Luster; his grandmother Jeanette Luster; and his brother Dr. Charles Lee. He is survived by: his wife Rose M. Larkin; his children, Vatina M. Topps-Reynolds of Flushing, MI, Kaleb T. Topps (Detrich) of Christiana, TN and Vincent B. Topps (LaTanya); his grandchildren, Kayla Topps, Kristen Reynolds, Janay Reynolds, Brooke Topps and Colin Topps; his siblings, Maso Demps (John), Dr. Betty J. Wilborn-Lee, Leola Lee, Frank Topps (Eddie Mae) and Major Topps; his cousins, Norma Henry and Linda Luster; his aunt Rosetta Luster; his close friends, Columbus Neal, Joe Vickers, Otis Martin and Robert Davis; and his aunt Maso. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
