He was predeceased by: his father Edward Kapp. He is survived by: his mother Alice Kapp; his siblings, William Kapp (Paula), Barbara Fehn (Roger) and Brian St. Louis (Therese); and his nieces and nephews, Chelsea Cash (Andrew), Nicholas Oestreich (Molly), Rocco St. Louis and Marina St. Louis.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial bench will be dedicated to Mike in one of his favorite locations.
