He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bruce Rayner and Dorothy Rayner (Rich); and his brothers, Donald Rayner of Maine and Bryce Rayner of Michigan. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Rayner (Slapshak); his children, Terrie Sue Gregory (Jerry) and Kim Watroba (Mark); his stepchildren, Danny Joslin, Gwen Joslin and Debra Kling (Karl); his brother Jack Rayner (Carolyn) of Mississippi; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Jennifer, Brooke, Brian, Kevin, Hayden, Dawson and Ethan.
