It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Dietrich Richter Jr. of Hamburg, Michigan, born in Royal Oak, Michigan, who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Richter Sr. and Thelma Richter (Smock); his son Matt Richter; his sister Donna; his stepfather Ted Winkelhaus; and his stepbrother Jack Winkelhaus.
He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn "Tiny" Richter (Bennett); his children, Amber Wright (Kevin) and Bart Richter (Patty); his grandchildren, Hunter Wright (Gracie), Alia Wright and Layla Richter; and his great grandchildren, Hazel Wright and Vivian Wright.
