He is survived by: his wife Judy; his stepdaughter Natalie Cochenour (Michael); his sisters, Deb Shafer, Sandra Orr and Linda Avery; his grandchildren, Sophia, Mackenzie and Asher; and his nieces and nephews, David, Jay, Angel and Crystal.
